Should I Wait to Purchase

Published 1 week ago

With so much talk of a housing bubble, here is the truth behind the question, should I wait to purchase a home? The longer you wait the more it will cost you and benefit your landlord. The reality is that we are not in a housing bubble, we are in a housing shortage. This means that there is a supply and demand issue, not a buddle issue. We have more demand than supply. It's anticipated that we will be in this type of market for the next 5-6 years. With rates at a historic levels, now really is the time to buy.
